When are you open?
I want the product to arrive on an exact date. How do I do that?
Customer Service: Monday-Friday 9 am- 6pm CST. Closed on National Holidays and Sundays.
Claims hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Closed on National Holidays and Sundays.
Local Deliveries are based on Availability
Local Pickup closes at 5 p.m.
We are completely closed on Sundays and all National Holidays. We are open the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
We are Text, Messenger, and data enabled business.
I want to ship to my significant other, but they will only be there for one day. Is that possible?
Pick the date you want, and pick our Guaranteed Shipping service. Date must be at least 5 days away. Unfortunately Saturday and Sunday delivery is not yet available.
If you need it sooner, simply leave the date blank, and select an overnight / 2-day service. Your package will ship next business day Monday - Friday if no date is selected at checkout.
Local Dallas Delivery: The date you choose is your delivery date. At checkout select Bacon Gram. We will schedule your local delivery to arrive to the destination address on that date! Local area delivery is scheduled up to same day if the order is placed before 10 a.m. CST. Local delivery is specified to within 25 miles of zip code 75025.
I put the wrong address in for shipping. Can I change it?
We don't recommend shipping to temporary locations. For example:
Hospitals: Room changes, hospital transfers, and discharges are common
Hotels: Might not accept packages, verify with the concierge that they will accept a packages.
Schools: Schools will not accept any packages for students
Air B&B: Since these are operated by individuals acting as landlords for temporary residents, packages are generally not accepted
Places of business: If the employee is there temporarily, they might not accept a package on their behalf, or it might get lost in the mail department
I want my package to be anonymous. Can you do that?
Shipping: If you mess up the shipping address we can change it up until the package ships. Once a package has been shipped, changes can not be made to reroute the package. We can ship a new package, but the customer will have to pay again in full for the new package.
Local Bacon Gram: If it is a local delivery, we can re-route the package carrier prior to drop-off. If the package has to be picked up and dropped off at a different location, then additional delivery charges may apply.
I want my package to not include pricing information since it's a gift. How do I make sure there is no pricing info in the package?
Yes, just tell us to make it anonymous in the messages section.
When will my gift ship?
We don't include any pricing information with the gifts. We include a priceless packing slip that looks like a card, and has your gift message inside. Your billing address is not on the package. Only your first and last name as well as your message is included on the card.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship according to the date you select at checkout. If you don't select a date, all orders go out the next business day, unless we are contacted and an order is approved for same day shipping. Friday orders that do not contain a guaranteed date ship on Saturday morning via USPS. Saturday and Sunday orders ship on Monday since the shippers are closed on Sunday.
Most Priority Mail orders arrive within 1-3 business days, but can go as long as 5 days because the shipping services are closed on Sundays and Holidays. Express Mail is 1-2 business days.
If you are in Texas, most major cities are 1 business day via UPS Ground. If you are outside of Texas, it can be 2-5 business days based on UPS calculations. Visit UPS.com for an exact estimate for your zip code.
You will be provided with a tracking number when your package ships, and an estimated arrival date will be provided and updated by the shipper.
Yes, our bacon is rated by the USDA and the State of Texas Health Services for two weeks without refrigeration in the shipping packaging we provide. We provide re-heating instructions so you get to enjoy warm, crispy bacon. We have a 7 day freshness guarantee.
My shipper damaged the package, lost my package, or someone stole it. What do I do?
With magic and unicorns and glitter.
Send an email to our claims department at Baconbouquets@gmail.com subject line claims with your order number. They will file your claim within 24-36 hours of receipt. Claims can take up to two weeks to process, but once approved, paid, and received your claim will be applied within 24 hours of receipt of the claims payment from the carrier.
